Why compromise on your choice of new canoe or kayak when you can opt to pay over 9 months with our straightforward easy repayment scheme. Our BUY NOW PAY LATER option is simple. Please read the following to get an overview of what is involved and the general terms and conditions. Full terms will be made available to you at time of ordering.
EXAMPLE
1 - Choose the equipment that you want and contact us either in person or over the phone.
2 - We provide a quote, eg Total Price £1000
3 - Complete the on-line application with our staff and receive authorisation
4 - Pay the minimum deposit of 10% by card
5 - Take or get your goods delivered.
6 - Pay the balance (in this case £900) either by standing order each month or week to clear the balance before the 9 months is up or lump sum payments when you have the money or pay the full £900 just before the 9 months is up.
If you pay within NINE months you DO NOT PAY ANY INTEREST

Price is obviously one of the most important factors to consider when buying a canoe or kayak which is something we understand only too well. Sometimes however someone may have a budget in mind that may restrict their choice and even mean they may not end up with the best piece of equipment for their needs.
With BUY NOW PAY LATER you can spread the cost over 9 months making your choice more affordable. Our BUY NOW PAY LATER scheme is run through the Partner Finance department of a major high street bank and involves a credit search. Please see terms and conditions for a general overview of who would be eligible and what is involved.
Please note that our package deals and special offers are not available on BUY NOW PAY LATER. For a package deal please call or email for a quote and state that you wish to purchase on BUY NOW PAY LATER.
Do I qualify for BUY NOW PAY LATER?
The following is a guide only. It is merely an indication of who may be eligible. Your application will involve a credit search. We are not informed of any reasons why credit may be refused.
Are you in full time employment?
Are you a home owner or living with parents?

Do you have a UK bank account?
If you answer Yes to all the above then you MAY be eligible.
How to Buy on BUY NOW PAY LATER?
Contact us by phone, fax or email with details of what items you wish to purchase or call for advice from one of knowledgeable staff. We will confirm the price and payment amounts and establish whether you are collecting from one of our outlets or having the goods delivered.
If you are collecting from us bring with you
- Method of paying deposit if not already paid (Credit / debit card or cash)
- 2 forms of ID (One which must include your signature and one of your home address. (A driving licence or passport are preferred although other forms of IDs may be accepted eg credit card, recent utility bill, please ask for details.)
- Bank address, sort code and account number
- Employers address and Tel no.
We will then process the credit application which usually takes approximately 10 minutes. Once authorised you can pay your deposit and take your goods. Over the next 9 months you can choose to pay as much or as little as you like to the finance company directly. As long as you pay before the 9 months is up, you will not pay any interest! After that the agreement becomes interest bearing and interest is charged until the balance is cleared.
If you wish to process your order over the telephone and are having the goods delivered to your home address, please contact us with the details shown above to hand and we will go through the application with you. If accepted you then have a 14 day "cooling off period" to ensure that you have time to understand the agreement you have entered. After this time has passed we will despatch the goods .
What you cannot buy on BUY NOW PAY LATER?
We do not offer BUY NOW PAY LATER on the following:
- Second hand Goods
- Special Offers or end of line Sale Items
- Courses, Trips and Holidays
- Any transaction under £300 in value

Buying Open Canoes on BUY NOW PAY LATER
Most people when buying an open Canoe especially for the first time will be influenced by price more than anything else.
Most of the plastic open canoes fall into the £500 to £700 price range offering excellent value, especially for first time buyers. These are a great way of getting on the water for a relatively small investment for something that will last a lifetime and an example of a plastic canoe purchase on BUY NOW PAY LATER can be found below.
However, the much lighter weight Royalex models which start at £899 in price with most of them around £1000 are now within reach for many more people. Understandably this is a big investment for many people, but when taking into account the much lighter weight and superior designs that are available in Royalex you are far more likely to get a boat you will be happy with for much longer and therefore get more use and value out of it.
Open Canoes made of Royalex main advantage is their weight saving which in practice means an average adult can lift a 16 ft open canoe on their own whereas a plastic one is approximately 25% heavier and generally requires 2 adults to manage.

A typical plastic canoe at £649 - deposit of £64.90 then 9 further payment of 64.90 per month or or a deposit of £64.90 and then pay the balance of £584.10 within 9 months.
Buying a Recreational Kayak on BUY NOW PAY LATER

Single seat kayak at £325 - Deposit £32.50 then 9 further payments of £32.50 per month or a deposit of £32.50 and then pay the balance of £292.50 within 9 months.
Double kayak at £499 - Deposit of £49.90 then 9 further payments of £49.90 per month or a deposit of £49.90 and then pay the balance of £449.10 within 9 months.

Buying a Whitewater Kayak on BUY NOW PAY LATER
Whitewater kayaks have in the main risen in price over the last couple of years. Making a purchase on BUY NOW PAY LATER is easy. Remember you can add any accessories you may need onto the total BUY NOW PAY LATER price as well.

White water kayak at £599 - deposit of £59.90 then 9 further payments of £59.90 per month or a deposit of £59.90 and then pay the balance of £539.10 within 9 months.
White Water kayak at £799 - Deposit of £79.90 then 9 further payments of £79.90 per month or a deposit of £79.90 and then pay the balance of £719.10 within 9 months.
